1/2 tsp hot sauce (I use more)
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tbsps veg oil (I use only 1 tbsp)
1 tsp chili powder
2 minced garlic cloves (I use more)
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 chopped medium onion (about 1 cup)
One 4 oz can green chilis (I like the whole chilis best and
chop them myself...avoids skin)
15 oz can (I use the 28 oz can) Italian style stewed
tomatoes (chopped, with juice)
4 cups chicken broth
1 tsp lemon pepper (or just pepper and add splash of lemon
juice)
