This dough can be used for both ravioli and noodles. Ravioli dough should be a little softer than regular noodle dough.
Mix dry ingredients together on kitchen counter top. Make a small well. Add the 2 eggs and olive oil, begin to mix in the water with a fork until everything is mixed.
Start to knead by hand for about 10 minutes or until the dough feels soft.
Shape dough into ball and wrap with plastic wrap and let rest for 1 hour.
If you are making ravioli, place the dough ball into a bowl and drizzle with olive oil, cover and let rest for 1 hour.
